R/G/F10、 20、 30 glass spinner flowmeter
Overview
G/R/F10, 20, 30 glass spinner flowmeter has three types of connection,they are pipe thread (G10, 20, 30 types), hose pipe (R10, 20 series glass spinner flowmeters in same bore.It's divided into conventional type (Measuring general noncorrosive fluid) and corrosion resistant type (Measuring corrosive fluid.). The meter is featured with com-pactness, light structure, nice looking,convenient mainte-nance, safe and reliability, easy installation.The flange of F10, 20, 30 types can rotate to be aligned with the pipe holes on the spot vessel.
G/R/F10, 20, 30 glass spinner flowmeters can substitute the glass spinner flowmeters installed on the complete pro-duction lines imported, are widely used in chemical indus-try, light industry, pharmacy, food industry, papermak-ing,environment protection,measuring, testing and scientific research institues etc. to measure the flow rate of single-phase non pulse fluid(liquid or gas).

1. The pressure of the media in the flowmeter, for the liquid, shall be at least two times of the loss of pressure, for the gas,must exceed 5 times of pressure loss.
2. Accuracy class shall be 1.5 and be noted in the order.
3.The maximal flow of corrosion resistant tetrafluorethylene floater is one class lower than the conventional type.
Installation instructions
1. Before installing the flowmeter, carefully check whether the sharp edge (reading edge) of the float is damaged. The flowmeter with guide Rod should remove the filling which prevents the float from jumping during transportation, and check whether the float can slide freely on the guide Rod.
2. The flowmeter shall be installed in a vertical position (the angle between the center line and the plumb line of the flowmeter shall not exceed 5 °) with reliable support and shall not be subjected to any tension or pressure from the pipeline. For newly installed pipelines, the flowmeter shall be installed after the pipelines are washed clean. The measured fluid flows in and out of the lower end of the flowmeter. Note that any flow meter should not be held in the hands of the use!
(3) the upstream (inlet) of the flowmeter shall have a straight section of 5-10 times the nominal diameter.
(4) the fluid to be measured shall not be mixed with large particles, otherwise the float may jam or block the flowmeter passage, install the filter upstream of the flowmeter as needed.
5, the measured fluid pressure must be stable, fluid pressure instability will cause float fluctuation, can not be accurately measured, flowmeter upstream should be set buffer or value.
6. There is backflow in the pipeline, especially in the role of Water Hammer, in order to prevent damage to the flowmeter flow valve should be installed after the one-way check valve flowmeter. 7. If the liquid under test contains blisters, an exhaust port shall be provided on the flowmeter.
Instructions
1. Slowly open the upstream valve of the flowmeter to prevent the float from suddenly rushing up and damaging the glass tube. Then use the downstream regulator to regulate the flow. When the flowmeter stops working, close the upstream valve first, then close the downstream regulator. It is recommended that a ring of Metal Mesh be placed around the flowmeter to provide additional security.
2. The sudden change of temperature of the measured fluid should be avoided.
3. When drogue and float are soiled, clean them promptly.
4, regularly check the flowmeter error, once more than the prescribed error, should replace the float and cone tube, or re-calibration.
5, if the flow meter found in use leakage, generally is the failure of the seal ring, should be replaced.
