This equipment is a combination consisting of a manual feeding bin (upper and lower pneumatic doors), a built-in dust collector, a feeding push body, a fan, and an electrical system.

Principle description:

The use of a dust removal and filtering feeding operation platform can achieve a manual feeding process without dust overflow. The unpacked material enters the pushing body inside the feeding platform, and the overflowing dust is adsorbed by a strong negative pressure airflow during the overflow process, which is then stopped by the filter element. Clean gas is then discharged through the filter element and then through the fan; During the working process of the system, due to the adsorption of materials by the filter element, the filtration resistance increases. Therefore, it is necessary to use a high flow pulse injection pressure to regularly spray the filter element to reduce or remove the materials adsorbed on the surface, so as to maintain the operating resistance of the fan within the allowable range.

The material inside the cone of the bag opening station is transported to the downstream device through a negative pressure or positive pressure conveying system, which can achieve dust-free operation and operation on site.
